The Peek Breeze Story

My name is Sophie.

For a long time, I was looking for the perfect piece of clothing.

Something I could wear in every season.

Something cozy for quiet weekends at home.

Something perfect after a great bike ride.

Something you pull on when you feel good, alive, and want to stay that way.

I love the after-sport moment.

When you take off your gear, your cheeks are still rosy, and you want to slip into something that's:

• warm… but not too warm
• comfy… but stylish
• cozy… but not a nightgown

I looked.

For a long time.

I couldn't find anything.

So I decided to create it.

I sewed myself a fleece dress.

I wore it.

I fell in love with it right away.

My friends saw it.

They wanted one.

I made some for them.

Then for others.

Demand grew so much that I decided to launch Peek Breeze.

Today, all our designs are dreamed up, drawn, tested and developed here in Quebec, Canada.

Like many small Canadian brands, we work with a specialized international manufacturing partner to get the quality, fabrics and finishes we're looking for, while keeping our products accessible.

Every style is developed from our own ideas, our own fittings and many trials before it reaches your hands.

Our mission isn't to pretend we manufacture locally.

Our mission is to create comfy, durable, thoughtfully designed clothes for women.

It's the kind of piece you'll wear:

• at the cabin
• on a girls' weekend
• after sports
• camping or in your van
• down south when the evenings get cooler
• when you want to show off your tanned legs while staying cozy

I'm a true fleece lover.

I've bought fleece from every brand, in every cut.

I'm always looking for the perfect balance between comfort and style.

So it was only natural that my first creation was a fleece dress.

And that's how the Peek Breeze vibe was born.

Since then, many other pieces have followed, always with the same intention:

Comfort should never come at the expense of style.

We love it when it's chill.

We love it when it flows.
