Exchange and Refund Policy – Peek Breeze

At Peek Breeze, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

When you place an order, Peek Breeze is happy to cover the shipping costs to your home.

However, in the event of an exchange or return, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges and Returns

We accept exchange or refund requests within 14 days of receiving your order (exception for pre-orders).

To be eligible:

The item must be unworn

Unwashed

In its original condition

With all tags intact

Any item showing signs of wear, washing, odor, or perfume will not be accepted.

 

Returns (refunds)

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Upon receipt of the item, it will be inspected.

If the item complies and is in its original condition, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Shipping costs for returns for an exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the item is received and inspected, the new item will be shipped, if available, at our expense.

Return the item and include in the bag the order number and an explanation for the return or exchange. Remember to keep your return tracking number.
